The precautions for using a box atmosphere furnace are as follows:
1. Box type atmosphere furnaces should not be used in corrosive or volatile atmospheres such as acid, alkali, salt, etc.
2. When the box type atmosphere furnace is used for the first time or reused after long-term shutdown, it must be dried according to the instructions, otherwise it is easy to cause furnace cracking.
3. When using the box atmosphere furnace and controller, the rated power shall not exceed 4KW, and the furnace temperature shall not exceed the maximum operating temperature of 1100 ℃.
4. If corrosion is found during use, the resistance wire needs to be replaced.
5. Keep the furnace clean and promptly remove metal oxides, slag, and impurities inside the furnace. Be careful when loading and removing the crucible to prevent damage to the resistance wire.
6. Electric furnaces and controllers must be used in conditions free of conductive dust and explosive gases.
7. The working environment temperature of the controller is limited to 0-50 ℃.
